Hue is a line of smart bulbs from Philips.

The easiest way to factory reset Philips hue bulbs so they can be used on a new Hue bridge

The easiest way is to buy a Philips dimmer switch for less than $20 on Amazon.
Then get a lamp or something you can plug the bulb into. Make sure no other Hue bulbs are around you when you do this.
Turn the bulb on and then hold the On and Off (top and bottom) buttons of the Dimmer switch for 10 seconds.
It will flash, keep holding buttons for another second.
Then turn off the lamp/light bulb.
It should be factory reset
